BC Retail Briefing Pilot
A specific question.
An agreed scope.
The first pilot focuses on one brand and up to ten specified 3.5 g flower products across an agreed Lower Mainland store panel. We check product identity, source access and useful coverage before agreeing the final scope.
Useful questions include which observed listings need a pricing conversation, where promotional information conflicts, and which retail locations deserve further investigation.

Public sample / Private evidence
Know what is behind the finding.
The public sample explains our observation method, coverage and review process. Complete retailer pricing records and buyer-specific reports are delivered privately after the necessary source and scope checks.
Explore the research sampleClear limits, useful decisions.
A menu observation does not establish unit sales, retailer margin or consumer demand. Partial menus cannot prove a distribution gap. We show the reporting period, product-matching limits and tax basis alongside findings.
If we cannot establish useful coverage for your question, we will narrow the proposed scope or decline it.
